Anyone recommend somewhere to get one?
I don't need an uber specced one, one that will let me do all the usual shiz, like watch movies etc is fine, so the only real requirement is decent HD space (80-100 enough?). Not really for gaming, although has to be able to run basic games like FM reasonably well.
Something cheap and cheerful, so I can take it to work and whore the free internet etc so i can pop into irc, jobhunt more sucessfully and so forth.
I'll say a budget of £600 - although in all honesty I'm totally out of touch with prices/specs.

£600 will actually get you a very high specced one, if you just want a general purpose laptop then you can get one for about £350 these days.
