Even with all the new items, its pretty hard to get 18mr, great cap.Added caps to stat regen rates. The new caps are:
Stamina Regeneration: 24
HP Regeneration: 18
Mana Regeneration: 18
Ahah, turns out cap is tied to skill. So 6 mr+120 med = mana regen cap.Anyway, I just checked test center, and the caps appear to affect *ALL* forms of regeneration. Looks like the confidence ability is completely useless now, since it only heals about 10 hp, and thats assuming it doesnt even get interrupted...
It looks like the people with the regen suits instead of skills won't be affected at all, and the only people who are really affected by it are the ones who actually have meditation skill.
While I agree with you, caps are nice, this one is poorly thought out. Dexers don't have to think about Mana, and dexer mages won't either. Basically Latency combined with 120 med + mr was 18mr. I only had 25% mana leech on weapon. I was still able to chain specials, and practically continuously dump.Zim Zum wrote:Personally i think it's AWESOME if that cap includes mana regen from skill.
