Europa
2. What was the PvP scene like there in your opinion?
It used to be very good, and quite strong, unfortunatly with AoS most the challenging players left and Europa was filled with complete retards with nothing but Ego purely because they came straight from Doom arti'ed head to toe.
It quickly moved to the American Shard situation where calling in numbers was the difference between winning and losing.
PvP ability, most certainly increased from the start of AoS, but got boring for me.
3. In what ways is Drachenfels better PvP wise than your previous shard?
Hard because its not really any better, just because of the way AoS has made UO. The community is much tighter and smaller meaning you usually fight the whole shard rather than one guild which can be fun
4. And worse?
Its turning into who can call the most numbers which is incredibly retarded. The shard has a high proportion of stealthers, dexers and lp/bleed players. Theres very few wrestle mages here.
Plus of course, specials in duels, it doesnt test skill, just a lot of luck.
5. What had you heard about Drachenfels before you moved here?

europa but upto end of p16 spent quite a while pking on siege

siege = fun, more trammys then you would expect and a lot of fun (aos destryoed it so i stopped playing)
europa = used to be great, decent community, decent fights, even in aos it wasant to bad until the emergence of ai when it all went into one big shit tip and became completely stale and boring

Imho all guilds that moved to DF have brightened up Felucca a bit. Some guilds were more or less entertaining than a real "threat." (like H^A shard dominators, other scrollfarmers, OMG etc.)

Mostly the same thing - "They are coming here to farm scrolls etc..." Seen some of the "shardhoppers" on my short trip to Legends. (PVP, MI6)

OMG, H^A etc.: Loads of craptalk and not much more. Just hate that; from any other player. Since I am considering myself as an absolute average pvper with only wrestlemages they must have been complete junk. It is no shame to be an average PvPer´; just that stupid "Duel me noob!" somehow is retarded. Read that too much from members of these guilds.
I-C: Always around in large groups (in the beginning/before u joined factions on DF). Ran after my mage with lightningwands when I refreshed sigils and had no FC/FCR jewlery on me to obtain 70 stealing.
BoP: Haven't met many of them yet.

I-C seems to integrate into DF community, others don't really. Can't talk about BoP but the other guilds left, disbanded, are standing at wbb all day macroing counts off or talking crap/ using the word "Trammel" in every sentence.

I guess it is a mix. There are/were good PvPers, average ones and not so good ones in every guild that came here. So I guess PvPers of all levels moved to DF. But I can't really compare tbh.

Only guild that became part of DF to a certain point yet is I-C. The first generation shard transferer guilds nearly all moved away (or became OMG?)... No real clue about that. But they are rather on their own doing champs in the middle of the night than becoming part of the community. =(

Predictable and not really that active. Drach is called empty but I find it far more active than eu was when I left.

1. Which shard did you move from?
Europa.
2. What was the PvP scene like there in your opinion?
Europa has a strong PvP scene which was dominated by one guild through sheer power and wealth. To combat people used cheaper and cheaper tactics, abusing more and more bugs and the fights turned in to those with the lamest most bug ridden tactics won.
3. In what ways is Drachenfels better PvP wise than your previous shard?
While bug abuse is rife it's nothing like as abused as on Europa.
4. And worse?
Excessive use and reliance on bleed and the shock when you disarm someone.
5. What had you heard about Drachenfels before you moved here?
It was full of Germans with a close community spirit.
6. Has playing here changed your opinion?
Yes, it's only half full of Germans and busier than I expected.
7. What guilds give you a good fight?

just that u were a large guild from eu that were bug users (stun bug when u arrived ;P)

at first...wa**ers tbph..tho i-c r a great bunch of guys and gals imo now

yup....tho OMG are still total skilless noobs who are too afraid to do primetime champs/harries (thats yanks for ya)

hmmm i suppose shard is more pvp active and i-c r funny guys especially when 2 members krisstoff and buster spring to mind have spirit speak so u can hold a conversation while dead !!

excessive pet killing! dir dir is lamest person i ever seen in my entire life!
u brought RMC back with u also their griefeing ways dam you!
7. PvP wise, do you think they are better, or worse than what the shard had?
i-c better than some...omg worse than all tbh...bop shall i say me/steph/desdin wiped nearly their whole guild out while they used a house and we didnt have a single loss
8. Do you see us and the others as outsiders or part of the Drachenfels community now
i-c are part of community...OMG can pi** off back wherever it is they came from and bop aint active enough and make silly posts on stratics!

easily myself seen my deer mask it pure love guys.
special heads up to the 4 i-c's that make my life amusing atm.....ULTIMATE WARRIOR ^^ , kristoff, buster (sold me a stat scroll very nice chap indeed) and of course my admirer wildcat...

LS has quite a high level of PvP, there are some who are simply amazing, and of course there is trash too
3. In what ways is Drachenfels better PvP wise than your previous shard?
Um.. Well, the reason is the reason why I moved, I ping MUCH better here, and the shard isnt packed like LS is. That means I dont Have to fight with 5 guilds everytime I want to do a champ. Its fun sometimes, but to have to do it everytime is just tiresome.
4. And worse?
PvP on drachs is MAD zerg, of course Im talking about Brit gate mainly. The quality of PvP there isnt so hot, but its effective. Everyone has artis and mad SDI so the 20 Flamestrikes that hit you, will generally kill you. I dont find that fun whatsoever. I do sometimes find a lone person and the fight ends up usually heading towards a guardzone, server line of a group of other blues. Lots of trash talk, but LS was the same so whatever.
5. What had you heard about Drachenfels before you moved here?
Well, I heard PvP wasnt so good here and that it was quite empty. The first point is relative and the latter is the reason I moved

Yes, there are many more people than I expected (zerg) and I have encountered some pretty effective pvpers. Still not decided whether its the artis tho as there didnt seem much tactics, just very heavy hitting spells.

So far, its hard to comment ive not paid much attention to guild tags yet.
