Not really any decent strategy games on the 360, Rpg wise you have Dragon age and the Mass effect series, and sports wise I hear that Fifa is pretty good.

RedDED Redemption seemed pretty fucking awesome as well from what I saw @ Toki's.

Mostly if I ever turn it on I just play 'arcade' games, Geometry Wars has to be the most addictive game evarrr. Strategy games there's nothing that'll match the PC imo.

Rpg wise you have Dragon age

If you can run it, play Dragon Age on PC, it's a good game, but the combat is quite poor on the consoles. Much better on the PC.
