I was in Shame yesterday, PvMing earth ellies on Oz's bard, becouse i'm hardcore like that. Took the opportunity to kill one of the other PvMers when he was low, looted all his shit. Then got chased by him and 2 of his guild up to the pass, where I hid like the hero I am.
Example: I made a gm suit in plain leather for Terry's Siege tamer. (5 pieces, Terry has an arti in one slot, siege blessed)
I imbued it with 100 luck on each piece. New resource, chaga mushrooms 10 per piece.
I enhanced each piece with spined leather (ok, I made several suits before I got a whole suit that survived enhancing) - taking it to 140 luck
I imbued each piece with 20% lrc. New resource, fairy dust. 10 per piece.
I imbued one piece with nightsight. New resource, bottle of ichor. 10 needed
I imbued resists on various pieces to bring the suit up to all 70s. All below 90% intensity so no special resource needed.
Each imbue also uses normal, jeweller bought, gems and a new resources obtained from unravelling magic items. - no magic loot is useless now, if it's good you have a chance of imbuing it better, if it's crap you unravel it to provide the resource. Of course if it's uber you leave it damn well alone, imbued stuff can't be powdered with PoF so it will wear out eventually.
You can't do silly things with it, there's a limit of 5 properties per item and a cap to the properties, so it's possible to run out of points to imbue. eg I tried to make a 2/1 ring for my stealther with 13 stealth, 13 ninja and 13 magery, but it would only let me put 2 magery on at the end, I ran out of points.
