Partied like slamer likes kids last night i.e. a lot.
I had a welcoming party at work which is better than it sounds. Free food and a shitload of booze. Drank with coworkers and my students. Everyones generous and people made cakes, brought wine/spirits/beer/homemade plum wine and snacks. it was a lot so after teaching all day i got drunk with students for 4 hours then left. Welcome parties are standard things. most companies have them and youre encouraged to get off your tits.ace!
I then headed into the city to meet some friends. Met with a few girls and one friend from WoW, a swedish guy studying japanese.
We went to Grand Cafe, quite a famous club in osaka. The appeal was that i was told it was "bikini night". even with my bad language skills i could decipher the hidden message in the name and figured it may be worth going.
Lol fact for you all: japanese men are all borderline rapists. You know those girls who dance sexily but just want to dance, not actually do anything? my friend is one of them. in england we just hope they get with the program or feel their leg under the table if you're slamer. in japan they surround the girl and start touching them.
kind of pro, but as it was my friend i had to stop it.
