is it any use in PvP? I could see it being a very good special for a mage as it gives you all the useful specials on one weapon. You have no idea which will hit, but with the mana pool most mages have nowadays you could just continuously chain specials until you hit what you wanted!
I had a weapon with random specials, and it was pretty shitty. I guess you could land lucky, but I'd far rather use a weapon you know what special your getting.
too many that will just burn ur mana and make u miss ur killshot (that what a special is generally used to do, setup a kill or finish a kill on a tactmage)
