The message tells me "You are not welcome on this network".

Also, there is another entry that says I need to send an email to stratics.
So I've done that, explaining carefully how I was misled by this fiendish Welshman who tricked into clicking a link that led me to an animation of 2 consenting adult males doing what comes naturally to them.
Also, by sheer coincidence I accidentally copied & pasted said link into #darkfall

Hopefully justice will be served.

Damn if GENIOUSES like yourselves can't work it out, I might have to make it clearer how to use it
Click and hold, then up and down controls gravity, left and right spread.

It's a particle emitter with basic physics, that's nothing special really, but it generates 220 particles and the effects are all added at runtime, I could have gone up to 400, but I needed to keep it quite low intensity to not conflict with other flash on the page.

p.s I need to reinstall MIRC as I've been waiting to fix my IRC computer but it's looking like it's not going to happen. So I need to idle on my main computer again.

It's one of 4 I've made so far, I intend to carry on making them for a while, if you want to see the others they're on random rotation at NOXINS.NET
the site isn't anywhere near done though so don't expect a masterpiece yet.

What are you trying to do?
Surely it wouldn't be cheating (much) if you sent me your .fla and I had a look. I wouldn't do the work for you but I could explain what you need to do and what syntax to use. Syntax is essentially the only difficult thing about any coding.

If you can see what you want to do, and how you can achieve it, the only thing left is figuring out how to tell the code that.

Cheers for the offer, might take you up on it when I'm a bit further in. Programming isn't exactly my strong point, although in saying that, some of this stuff is far easier than previous stuff I've done, I think a lot if just refreshing my memory as it's been a year since I've done any serious programming.

My main concern really is I don't want to rip off others work, which essentially I feel like I'm doing, since a lot of what I'm doing is pretty one track - especially when all I'm really doing is following others tutorials and changing it to suit, especially with some of the SmartFox stuff.

If only I had that kind of artistic talent, I hate that I have to rely on art assets borrowed from elsewhere. My experiments with artistic creation have all been over pretty fast.
