Who has NTL?

Moving house this week, NTL is already completely setup in the house, but i'm not convinced about using it.

What are the pings like?
Customer Support?
What channels do you get with combined tv/broadband service?

At present i'm going to stick with BT/Pipex, but if NTL is half decent, change my mind for me.

NTL are trying to buy prem rights for next season.

i've got ntl got no complaints about it really.
not got the tv channels but as long as its sports who cares
erm customer support is shite

ntl here 2 meg pipe is fine
customer support is better now but still not brilliant
when i had the tv you get the same channels as sky but pay a rental fee for the box so its slightly cheaper to have just sky( altho bb and cable package may be cheaper)
the box has a tendency to lock up as well due to overheating and you nee top turn it off and on but sky also does that too
