Interesting stuff about the role of your home city.
Apparently, your developed home city can be saved and used in later games against other players... kind of like progression and continuity.

Graphics are really really nice too.
I would suspect this game would need some high specs though.

I wouldn't worry about system specs in all honesty.
The shots there weill be with all settings on full, dynamic lighting, complex shadows etc.
They have been firm about the fact they want to make the game accessable like the last one so will doubtless include lots of lovely options to turn the graphics down yet still be able to play.
Personally any multiplayer online game I like to play on low settings anyway even if my computer can handle teh advanced stuff.
