Champions League qualifying!

Was pretty obvious they'd let us defend the title, but from the 1st round! Will have a crazy schedule now with super cup etc etc.

Oh and we could meet everton in third round, hehehe!

not sure we took anyones place. And yes cyric, I have a big feeling we will play everton, either in qualifying or in the group stages..

there arent any fair play entries for the CL. All they did was give someone an extra qualifying round

Pretty sure we can't meet in group stages, there's rules about playing teams from same country early on. Qualifying rounds don't count though.

You can play Chelsea in the group stages, but not Arsenal or any of the others (if they get through, I think) and you can play Everton in the qualifiers, but not Man U

We are top seeds with Arsenal and Man u so won't face them untill last 16.
We might play everton in 3rd qualifying round, we could play everton or chelsea in the group stages as they are seeded lower than us.
I think the seeding system sucks, I know man u won it in 1999 but chelsea should be seeded above them on the last 2 years form!

I still agree with the 5 years policy they implement. Else you'd have to seed Porto really high

Anyways, now that Liverpool are in the CL, my scottish team Hibs get automatic qualificaiton to the Uefa Cup, yey.

No - I meant because of their past succes in Champions league football.

But fair point, i forgot Benfica won the league.
