Frames are tarded

and so is my site, but I need a little help with it.

We have to make a basic site for some ghey coursework, anyway, its to be in frames, which sux almost as much as my knowledge about them.

I have 4 frames, banner, menu, main and one at the bottom for random shit. Basically I want stuff from the menu frame to open in the main, however I can't get it to work :S

I know how to get it opening in new a page for example but not open it in the existing main ;<

name each of your frames, then when you put links on the menu, use target="Frame_Name".

So, if you name your main frame 'main', you can do this:
<a href="www.this_site.com" target="main">This is link text</a>
