There was another harrower too long ago, I think it was SK... Correct me if i'm wrong. There were no blues there except for a few PVP and OMG guys. The rest (:SK:, -+-, jo, etc) were all allied working together to kill everyone else. It was pretty fun outside the dungeon, but inside the dungeon was lame.
