There is a meeting this week apparently. It is up to our FA to sort out whether the champions (if it is Liverpool) of the champions league can be in it if they finish below 4th. I would love it if they descided that they would fuck UEFA over and not let the champions back in

Thing you numpties (ah, thank you Paul Simpson, Carlisle manager, for that word!) don't realise is that you NEED money in the top leagues of the world to be able to compete. I mean Barca and Real have spent shed loads more money than Chelsea in the past 5 years. Chelsea have just caught up in terms of money with the top teams of England in the space of 2 years and have instilled a lot of confidence in the team by making the right buys. Chelsea's 2 best players were at Chelsea BEFORE the Russian take over, so I think it is such a flawed argument (Terry and Lampard fyi).
