Best pvpers in HISTORY (in you own opinion)

hmm skill wise

zole, xlx, cyric, zim, senji, either FC or carrix for lunancy field skirrs,

prolly more but thats enough props for one night

I had put nolita but upon reflection most of that was due to ridiculous weps, decent dueller, not in the same league though imo

ecks and roger rabbit too now I think about it

I've no doubt that zole sux Squall.... but to have Athena number 1, then call zole item/template whore is a bit daft

Zole is AT LEAST as good as Zim/Cyric/Nix. Only difference is he dosen't respond to the rl cocksucking you give nightly to the other three. Zole also didn't have any 120 skills until recently(like Cyric) so claiming he always played gimp chars is just silly. Listing your friends as TOP PVPERS alongside people like Zole who would destroy them in 5 seconds just further invalidates your post.

Anyway, i'll just list Euro/Drach people;

1. Zole - Gets number 1 slot not becouse he's better than the other top PvPers(maybe he is) but becouse he's also best vent leader and stays calm 99% of the time. He's also second only to Zim in his ability to pull off completely insane stuff in the field.
Recent examples when i've been around = Him and I beating RMC 2v5 in despise tunnels, he killed 3 of them on his own from same mana pool. And around the same time we roxxed whole of despise while in Rat form, teleporting to catch people~
Also has style out of game, dosen't take the asslickings from people like Squall, just tells them what he thinks^^

2. Zim - Best field player/PK i've ever seen on Pacific/Siege/Chessy/Euro/Drach. Absolutely love PKing with the guy, knows how to play every template in UO better than people that play them everyday.
Suffered from bad conn for 6 months on Drach, now he's finally on a good one he's getting the respect he deserves.

3. Cyric - Was good way before he got respect for it(Owned on Euro p16 with dialup) I just heal and corpse skin, he kills people in 5 seconds. He has RL skillz @ dueling as well, but I can't really talk about that, beyond me:(

Other mentions;

Nixon - best PK on euro p16, guy had like 5k counts in about 4 months.

Senji - Best field leader pre-vent. Ownage field fighter.

Fatalist - Dosen't get the respect he deserves at all. As good 1v1 as Zole/Cyric.

Nolita - Only person on DF I know i'll die to everytime.

Sonez

Will name some more later, it's too early.

Edit; Freedom's crew (Freedom, Barbie, Marko etc) Were very impressive when they came here. Never really fought them 1v1, but group wise i'd say they were only group as good/better than us that i've seen in a long time.

I would say all old great griefer thief's (have forgot names already)
Old-style Factioners (Yes!)
Oldschool PK's (Dungeon PK's)
Even some miner PK's (they did kill miners to get their ore ^^)
Orc clan... they did PvP in felucca and before trammel also roleplaying.

Also all people who I feel comfortable to PvP with (That means my guild)

All members of I-C would make good members of any team.

I would say people like Zole, Zim and Nixon (Sonez when he used to play) are better as solo fighters or with just 1 partner than as part of a larger group. Individually more talented than most (Zole and Zim I would currently rate as the best I've seen anywhere).

People like Calix, Toki, KT, Cyric, Fatal, Senji and Noxin play far better as part of a larger group than as single players (Not that they are poor or anything).

Overall, any small group that was comprised of I-C members would kick pretty much any one else.
Thing to bear in mind is that generally I-C are far better at field PvP than organised duels/events. We know the territory and our knowledge of the environment keeps us that far in advance of people we are competing with. This stems from our roots as being predominantly a PK guild, thus we have evolved somewhat differently than people who have always played blue/orange characters.

For non I-C, on this shard I would have to mention people like Nolita and Theristis who stand out from the crowd.

Freedom's bunch (Barbie/Nadir, Logan, Armstrong, Voilegh/Conzpi/Freedom etc) are also pretty good (And controversially I would say they may even be slightly better than us in small group fights), but I don't think they are on Drachs anymore.

From P16 days on Europa, the 'Vems' spring to mind immediately when you think about group fighters.
I can't comment on pre p16, as I was a late arrival to PvP.

I said it was in no order and I have come up against Athena a LOT more than I have against Zole. Although I have been able to compete with Athena quite easily throughout most of AoS (especially in the early stages), I think its just the most recent form with the ninjitsu bolaing that fucked me. It was more for their organisational skills that they got in there than just their item whorishness. From what i've seen so far these PVP! and OMG people they'd have no chance against the old AI

K here goes my serious post.

Dont want to rank people as im not really in a position to do that, but here goes in no particular order.

Zole - Good field PvP, atleast what ive seen, very good dueller aswell.
Zim - Extremely good fighting against the odds as ive seen both on his laggy conn on EU and DF
Freedom, Mark-O - Mark-O played his necro very well, could drop people outnumbered easy, Freedom good on his mage and necro char. Also good as a team outnumbered. Cant really comment on Barbie as ive fought him 1v1 both winning and loosing.

Now to the surprise. Which may seem as a total joke, but Blade Spirit - Knows his character very well, very item based, but knows what weapons to use in any given opportunity, good teamplayer, and a good vent leader.

Old AI was alot based on items and certain templates, but tbh, they knew what they were doing, highly organized and OMG and PvP wouldnt stand a chance even if they played together.

Fuck knows really, noones jumped out in the last 2 years that I think omfg at. I can't really judge my own guild as obviously I see them day in day out, so know everyones strong points and such.

I'd probably pick a few from other peoples lists and add a few more of my own for various reasons, but right now I can't remember names(can barely remember my own fking char names from p16).

Tard, this is meant to be your own oppinion. If I haven't seen enough of Zole to rate him, then how can I? From what i've seen of him he doesn't seem that great, but I haven't seen him that much. I haven't seen enough of Zim to rate him either, although he has been able to kill me in most of our encounters (which have been more than Zole).

I am pretty sure that Bloodpain and Acheron would have owned Zole pub 16 and prior to it (as they themselves have said that he was 'average' at best). No idea about now as they have both quit and also both never really got into the whole AoS thing. Bloodpain is one of the best duelers on dfi, when he was still playing there. He won a hell of a lot of duels on there and beat XLX on numerous occasions! He and Drizzt entered a 2 on 2 tourney on there and got to the final in their first time working together, which isn't bad imo (can't remember who they lost to...).

So, I will say who 'I' rate as a PvP'er. My reasons are valid enough and i'm sorry if I can't worship Zole like a god as you seem to. If I haven't seen enough of a player to rate them as a PvP'er than how can I rate them?

I told them a fiar amount of your characters. I am not going on their oppinions. Every time I have fought you I have not been impressed in the slightest. Only time i've fought you in the field you have had a swampy and ~3 FC and i've still killed you a few times with that stuff on. Everytime i've played factions you've been in the same faction as me, so can't judge from that either. So how can I rate you if what I have seen of you isn't much and what I have seen doesn't deserve rating!
