What Broadband do you use?

Post by Angus »

I was thinking of getting a cheaper broadband server, until i get a new job, to try and lighten the load im paying.

Mine is currently £30 a month, and 800Kbps (is that right?keke).
I use Wanadoo, and its always been reliable and no fuck ups.

But if i do get a cheaper one, got any recomendations for me?

1MB Unlimited bandwidth from http://www.plus.net = £23 / Month i think.

Never had any real problem, and the few i`ve had in the last 2 years have been sorted real fast by them an dtheir tech support is decent as well.

Scandanavia + Finland are some of the most expensive countries to live in, yet they have always had some of the fastest and cheapest net connections. I'm jealous :(

Dont know where you live, but in UK NTL have just boosted their connection even more.

£37 p/m 2MBPS
£25 p/m 2MBPS
£17 p/m 1MBPS

sounds good to me!

in the last 6 months my connection has gone up from 1Meg to 1.5Meg and now upto 3Meg! - for free.

If you can get NTL in your area (or the equivilent) then you can just get it through a modem, no need to change phone lines anymore.
