My new office

I have hit an all time low.
Previously, I had a nice working area that overlooked the Thames and the London Eye.
Nice and tranquil.

Now I've been moved to some dank dungeon in the bowels of the Earth with second hand air and enough space to possibly stretch your legs out without stubbing your toes on the opposite wall - just.

To top it all off, there is a nasty sewage pipe that runs through the room (Note: not across the ceiling or around the wall, but literally through the room) about three feet above my head that makes awful gushing sounds everytime someone flushes the toilet on the floor above.
Can just picture what must be flowing through the pipe every time it gushes/flushes.

Also, it takes over five minutes to walk to the nearest smoking area.
