Theres one in every town. best bet is to goto cove as its the smallest town.

Best way to find the thieves GM now is to run around smaller towns and hit all names. Pub29 has the NPCs full name and job description shown on all names now. You will see things like "Bob the wander healer" or "Alfred the Mage" or even "SneakyBastage the Theif Guild Master."

Oh yeah... the Theif GM is yellow/invulnerable also, so just ignore all the blue names when you're looking and you should be fine.

Yeah found one in Nu'jelm. Since when have they been in every town? Was just to buy some dkits

Also to train up snooping and stealing on Nixon a bit, heh.

they have always been in all towns
and take about 15 seconds to find in cove now (never took more then 30)
