best I've fought IMO are Nolita, Theristis, Lavee Stylie, Bob Marley (although he is very changeable form wise) and obviously Vivid (zole)
Best guy ive faught on Drachs so far is Nolita. He won me 3 in 4 duels (although I was paralysed each time before my defeat). Turned out he was a decent guy to chat too aswell.

Maybe its just the people ive bothered looking at, but honestly, Drachs items and armour seems very sub standard to me. A lot of the things I see peopel carrying I wouldnt loot of a corpse.
I can understand the armour, since its not so populated, so theres not as many bods and whatnot, but i figured the weps would be supreme.
One thing i can say tho, everyone has a ton of damn artis!

my stealther can completely destroy champ spawns now. if i went to a champ spawn with 20 people id expect to get atleast 10 kills in 10 min. none reskills. and its skilless. yet most people still fail to kill on ninjas. i just dont understand it
my chances of dieing are so low its not even funny

Thats mad, single ninjas are just an annoyance i find. Too many skills invested to be much of a threat. Thats why i doubt ill ever have a ninja.
