Came across a pretty amazing system on the runuo forums. Enables you to make 'town houses' as in houses in NPC towns becoming player ownable/rentable. I've just installed and tested. Amazing system. Has to be the best thing ever made for RunUO.

So much potential, letting forges to merchants, temporary in town housing for newbies, etc etc etc.

That looks really interesting as well, although much more work to get it running.

Always thought that would have been a great idea for UO .. I think there was even an OSI plan for it once .. Nujelm maybe ..
