I check mmorpg.com to see if anyone has posted anything about what i'm working on and if so what there saying. In doing so today I came across - http://www.mmorpg.com/showFeature.cfm/l ... x-MMO.html .

For me this sums up why I loved UO and why I still try and play online games (WoW at moment). I enjoy being able to do anything, anytime.

I don't think this will happen for any of us again, we've all moved onto other games, careers or interests but its nice to look back and remember some of the good times. For me if I never played UO i'd never be working in the games industry now so ill always have best memories (Apart from the Bucs server lines which were fucking stupid).

Pretty good article.

Nothing will ever come close. Though as Toki keeps saying, it was almost as much about the time it released and the type of player it attracted as the actual game itself.
