Check out the game N+ on xbl arcade. It's mad fun on co op, costs about £8 in points though but its worth it.
You get to be a NINJA.

Braid is fairly win single player game from XBL.
1200 points make it fairly expensive, but it looks good and the puzzles are win, helps it has a fairly nice story too!!
