Graduate Schemes

I was wondering if anyone's been part of one? Ingo or Benn?
Now I have my degree and working on my Honours, I kind of need to start focusing on getting a proper job, preferably sooner rather than later, I'm also considering after my Honours doing a further one year course or selection of short courses in particular subjects too improve my CV somewhat and increase my job oppurtunties, perhaps into Design.
I've been looking around schemes recently, and Shell has taken my fancy, I also have the benifit of having a great industry in Aberdeen, if I were to go for something a little closer to home.
Any thoughts on any of the schemes you've done, or perhaps looked at in the past?
