Potential Dueling Competition

This is the biggest and probably most adventerous event I've ran, and this is only a proposel so far.
Similar to OSI dueling tournement several years ago, I'm willing to run a competition on every shard.
After I've held a tournement on every shard, there will be a final duel of the finalists from all the various shards. Obviously this will involve character transfer between the shards so will cost money, however the prize money will be worth it should you win.
The entrance fee is 1million for the tournement, and the winner takes all from every shard
Not only that, I'll try to publise the event as much as possible on all the major UO and PvP forums, so whoever wins will get a claim to fame as well.
Despite being European, I assume that most players who enter will be from America so the final will be on one of the Major American Shards. (That will put off a few Europeans but ah well
)
The top 3 from every shard will qualify for the Final, and a wildcard entry as well.
Should any of the top4, not wish to participate in the final, then they will not reclaim any prize money, and noone from that shard will go through in their place.
As of yet, there is no date and no set rules, however I will put down prelimnary rules - which are open for discussion.
This contest is a 1vs1 contest, unlike OSI's 2vs2 so
No specials
No wands
No field/area spells(this includes wither)/invis/hiding/hit fireball-light etc
5 Pots per person only (You can agree to a no pot duel - this rule is only for fighting nox mages and such, since they are just a bit overpowered in duels)
As I said earlier, this is only a proposel, so please consider that when giving me feedback.
Should this go ahead, donations would be welcomed (as this is obviously going to cost me a helluva a lot, heh), and you can state whether you'd like them to be given at the Final Tournement or the Shard Tournement.
