Hi,

anybody knows about prices for items on Ebay? Did they drop like the gold price dropped? Wanna sell off Inquis, Orna, Spirit..

Do brilliant suits or armor parts sell on Ebay? Anybody ever tried this? I don´t have any clue on current Ebay prices so maybe somebody can help me here..

Thx.

Not a clue.. never used Ebay.
have you looked on there? to see if or what has been sold.. i'd imagine most things that are sold on there are accounts and not individual Armour suits..

also i doubt you would get to much to them.. but saying that there is always someone to wants it that bad.. with all the armour changes etc its easier to make a good suit so i doubt the prices will be that good.. probably better (with the Exception of the Orni) to Sell The items ingame.. then Sell the Gold that it made..

but as i say i've never personally done any of the above so im sure someone else who has will give you a better answer.

tell me exactly what you have and I'll give you a price

suits do sell well on ebay if marketed correctly, for example a decent 6x120 (x4) account, with a large tower and all relevant arties/armour for the account went for $1250, if you are only selling off individual pieces I'd sell them for gold and then flog the gold, inq res are for sale every day at $275 and no-one buys them.

give us the details and I'll fill in the gaps hopefully :)

Okay, I´ll check the details of the suits later when I´m back home.

As I will never sell my account(s) I only sell some stuff..

I didn´t want to sell items ingame cause gold prices on Ebay are down to 3€/Mil atm I think.. that really sucks.. :( thought I could do some better deals with selling for €uros..

surely you can sell the hat for 25 mil and get another 90e for that too?

Honestly, the most lucrative method of selling these would be to x-shard the items to an american shard, and then sell them. I don't know about European players, but I know a lot of American players have, or think they have, money to burn on a game like this. I sold an 18x18 plot in a secret spot in Malas on Lake Superior for $350 USD a month after Malas/AoS came out.

I just did a search on e-bay for "drachenfels" and the main thing that came up was gold. Some people are trying to sell stat scrolls, and lame LRC suits, but most of the items are gold checks. There were 71 items returned, and some of them had nothing to do with UO.

Doing a search for "Lake Superior" returns some non-Ultima Online results as well, but the results also include Runic items (hammers and kits), Gold, Artifacts, simple items like elemental slayers, stealable artifacts, etc. There were 450 items returned for "Lake Superior."

American players seem to be more willing to dump real money in to this game than do European players. Just my 2 cents worth. I know I have in the past, but I won't do it agan.
