Now...what the hell do you guys use to make UO characters animated like that? I tried to use the UO Character viewer, but it doesn't work. It keeps crashing when I try to use it w/ UOSE..
Is there a newer version that I need to use for UOSE, or should I installed an older AOS/LBR/3D/R/T2A version of UO?

Say no to SE? I should have said no to SE when it first came out.
I put the UO Char Viewer files in my UO install directory, like it said to do, and when I start it, I get the error message "Cannot open file texmaps.mul." I click on OK, and the program loads, but everything is blank. I try to load the example.uoc file, and I get another error message:
Access violation ad address 0040E494 in module 'uocview.exe'. Read of address 00000008.
WTF is the texmaps.mul file, and if it's supposed to be there, where did mine go?
::EDIT:: I just checked, and the texmaps.mul file is there, in this directory, but this program can't find it. Perhaps it's looking in the old C:\Ultima Online directory, instead of the directory in which the character viewer is in.

Maybe i should just get the source code and compile it myself.

This program sucks ass. I just logged out of UO to see if that would help at all, now it's telling me it can't find statics0.mul.
Then I realized i had UOAM open, and that uses the statics0.mul file to load the maps...
So..apparently, you can't have UO loaded, or UOAM. It doesn't like to share read access with other programs..

Hehe the program that sucks for having that limitation is UO itself.
I'm guessing you're using UOSV, you'll be using the pre-SE edition, for which you need to use an install of AOS, there is no English translation version that works with SE to my knowledge. The translator stopped converting them to English so you have to use the japanese version.
For all my flash I used UOSV, PSP, Flash MX and InsideUO.
That flash is one of Wild's old ones from about a year ago, when she still thought there might be a chance for UO. LOL.
