how fucked up are your sleep patterns? do you stay up to late playing uo then tired at work, stay up till 5am then sleep in the day?

just abnormal sleep patterns is all


personally i often stay up far later then i should then tired all day. and used to do the all night thing. just wondered how fucked up everyones sleep patterns are

fall asleep about 1ish up at 7am for work at 8am, rinse repeat til weekend then sleep at like 5am for fri and sat then sunday sleep til roast dinner?

I dont do that "Work" thing atm.

I go to sleep between 5-9 and wake up between 2-9, Depends...

I dont have a job, my sleep pattern is not fucked up.. Its just convenient to sleep until 4pm and go sleep at 6-7am.

I sleep about 1-2am til half 7 weekdays, then whatever i feel like weekends.

my sleep pattern gets fucked up more by work than UO atm

Back when UO was fun I used to stay up late playing it a lot. Nowadays I am usually tucked up in bed around. . oh, now

Bed for 1am, sleep for 2am. Wake up at 8am for work.

On weekends sometimes up till 4am then get up at 11am.

My bed times this week have been, 9am, 12am, 2pm, 6pm, 10pm =)

My sleeping patterns are perfectly normal, if i'd live in Michican, this week it have been a little bit more european time zone like, but i blame smallband, prevents me from playing the shard i want :/
