I know UO auction sell them on pretty much any shard.

buy fomr amazon m8....£17 sterling but if you spend over £20 you get free delivery and i was told it would be between 14-21 days before i got my game and i got it in 7 so its cheap and fast....also more reliable

The source where all the german players (and also quite a lot from other European countries) purchased their copy from is this one :

Shipping (up to 2 copies) within Europe costs 10.00 € (6.92 GBP), within Germany 4.50 €
The game itself is 31.99 € (22.13 GBP) per copy (incl. Soulstone code).
I had my copy 3 days after I did the bank transaction, aswell as a friend from the Netherlands also had hers 3 days after payment.

Yep,
but I for myself must always be glad to even be able to get an opportunity to buy international stuff.
Same with "AoS" - In the end I had to pay the same amount for Import+Shipping ontop of the game-costs (from EBgame or gamestop) ... INSANE !
At least I could purchase a Lineage2 copy back then online w/o any shipping costs, but I also had no CD, not even a manual ... nothing.
Were well invested 49 US$ though as 3 month later I sold all my shit for almost 600 US$ to "IGE.com"
