I can't remember who said Vivid got banned, but I've seen him in game after I heard he got banned. This wasn't any time recently, however, but then again, i'm not the one insisting that he was banned for using 3rd party programs.
I have been accused of cheating/hacking before, but the only time i've ever had someone actually page on me and have a GM pull me in to jail or talk to me was when I was fighting with some PVP! guys in front of their house and one of our guild outpost houses. It was really neat.

dueling means shit all. its an absoloute waste of fucking time, for fuck sake i beat cyric while i had prot cast. i beat zim without casting a spell ON MY MAGE and i cant duel at all, its the lowest test of skill there is. group fights are where its at, and incase i am mistaken you have been losing those ALOT lately
p.s. when was the last time you beat me 1v1?
