Eww fifa is gayer than pes could ever be. I conceded a goal on pes where the ball went through my keepers chest.
Going off 360 games altogether tbh, they all pretty much suck.

Yeah but this version of fifa actually feels decent.
I had same problem on my psp with pro ev5, when I played my mate over infrared, he would bang the ball in the top corner, but on mine it would go straight past the post but he'd get a goal. I'll probably still buy PES whenever I can afford it to be honest, can't beat footy games with a couple of the boys round, there isn't that many better multiplayers out there.

I'm warming to pes I guess, though I still think it's horrendous. If it wasnt for the fact the 360 redefines pes5 to 4:3 in HD, i'd probably keep playing that.
Started ML as barca though so I'm not running around with blank strips and random faces that suck.

Well the of the 3 things you said were shit with it, only one was actaully anything to do with the game of football. I think this plays the best so far.

just spent a hour on the 360 version
played well, great game and the only thing that was annoying was the replays were a bit fucked, i jad 4 games and although it didnt affect the game watching the replayd i saw the ball drop a few feet after hittng the keeper, once go through his hand and once hit his chest and not stop
didnt effect game play though so its all good

i was recommended to try fifa and i was a bit reluctant to do so, but i did and even though its 360 version is also cut down and is a rip off, its gameplay outclasses pes completely. Just get the demo from live, switch to the "new" controls so its same controls you know from pes and if you're honest with yourself, you'll see its better. Pro evo gameplay has got infinitely worse this time, while fifa has got better.
