Wii Sports gets bring single player very fast, but stuff like the bowling and tennis are still a laugh with friends over.

Agreed it doesn't really compare with the 360. At the moment the Wii is like a social thing, but the 360 is much better for gaming in general, and Xbox Live kicks ass, just like DAS PROBLEM.

Even if you can surely half the point is online play,which you wouldn't be able to do I presume...

You mod the dvd drive firmware so it plays copies. Early versions were detectable on xbox live but i think they have solved that. Still no HD/dashboard mods out though.

Microsoft have recently mass banned 1000s of modded consoles. They still work you just can't connect to Xbox Live anymore. A 360 without Xbox Live is like a woman without a vagina.
