That era all the AOS wankers generally look back on and say was the best time of there life (p15) and the likes. I dunno how anyone really considers it to be the best era cause unless you whored up Yew Gate and occasionally Bucs with the server lining Bilbo and BUCS DEN BOYZ there was fuck all to do. Finding victims then was few and far between, you'd get the odd afk macro'er or trammie who placed there fel stone to see what this r0x place was like.
So true.

Those comments always make me laugh. You're pretty gay if you've not had A REAL LIFE for all the years you played uo:(
Didn't seem to stop you producing 15 kids anyway..

If you're a pk...different for pvpers because o/c and factions were pretty good at times.

Well, most the AOS Superstars consider themselves PK's so yes.
And anyway O/C wasn't nearly as active as people suggested, if you were outside the main core guilds on Europa, then you were never really involved in the core constant O/C action.
Factions well, I can't really say much about it because other than abusing the reprieve I pretty much avoided it.

I remember o/c being really active a year or two after uo:r was released. A lot of the player also followed a non reskilling/horsekilling code which I thought was good, the people who didn't were always given abuse.

I dunno where you pvped UO:R cause this non-horsekilling thing certainly didn't happen where I was. Guys like Rubious Firebolt and the likes were always horsekilling in O/C. Again unless you were in one of the big five, or put up a respectful fight I never saw much of this honour.
Certainly it existed in the pre-set O/C fights between guilds whcih were relatively organised, but in open field, I dunno.

Even ELR had a rep for horsekilling.
And also having the largest number of wars on the server.

maybe I was lucky with my experiences then, but I got the impression most people weren't griefing in o/c at the time. Maybe I got special treatment for playing a solo (or sometimes 2 man team) dexer without pots or running and only killed people infrequently.

Fuck that I used to horse kill anyone, because it was funny to see the anger at a time when horsekilling was largely considered lame. But when everyone started doing it in aos it was no longer funny so I stopped. To get a reaction from people you have to do something that really makes them angry, not something they expect.
