Students living at home generally don't make the most out of Uni life, of course that can't be said about everyone as the student life doesnt suit all, but fuck me how much my student life would be different and shitter living at home, not to mention I'd probably be incapable of doing anything for myself if I had my mum running around cooking and shit.
And yes Dundee is a shit hole.

Other than occasionally passing through Dundee on the way to the football, I'm never there thankfully.
I dunno how it would be a city on the up as I don't know what's going on there - never hear of anyone talking about it, other than people dying at the local hospital in some scandal^^
I don't consider myself an Aberderdonian either so no shagging sheep here!

Not that I went to it, but live 5 mins walk away from De Montfort's Bedford campus, can't see how it could compete with places like Bournemouth etc, although the amount of fitness out in town on student night is pretty immense..

My mate goes to liverpool john moores (I actually ran into him on the street randomly when I went up there the other day rofl) and he says it is great. He is taking Cantonese though, bit of a strange course. Ofc the added advantage of meeting me if I go to liverpool uni must attract you I know.
