Yeah sorry how could I forget the all important and ongoing tweaking and balancing!

On the subject of fag fights, I saw two gay people in Brighton having a fight tonight, I was laughing my nuts off. Hard to take people seriously when they sound like those gays on big brother.

I downloaded mondain's legacy beta last night and upgraded my account.

It's pure trash. My character looks like shit. Blue spikey hair w/ a dark body. How cool is that... LIke a true euro fag.

I crafted some bows and items w/ the runic carpentry weapons and flectching kits...I used basic wood (no heartwoord, ash, yew, frostwood, etc)... and some of the items I made w/ just basic wood was damn near godly.

40% lightning, 50% mana leech, 50% damage increase, 25% ssi, 20 HCI....

What a great composite bow....

Oh yeah, some of the items have 'velosity' as a new property. One bow I made had 43% velocity...which essentially lets you swing twice. I was hitting twice per swing when the velocity kicked in without using a special move. The damages were about 15 and 20 per swing... Imagine that w/ lightning strike.. go go gadget archers!!

Oh yeah, the new elven composite bows have a leet infectious strike special, and I was hitting people w/ about level 3 poison from 10 tiles away.... as a dexer you have to be up next to your opponent to lethal them... and as a nox mage, poison is tile based... would be nice if the same were true for archers...

wrong.
Velocity adds damage like a hit lightning or fireball based on the range from the target.

I'm not sure this could fuck the game up more. I've "pvped" a lot recently, and every single time I get ganked by archers and others. I've tried again and again but I keep hitting a brick wall and realizing it is just impossible to have any fun in such circumstances. It's like an addiction that brings you back to it but even if I kill someone I can never win outnumbered (judging by the skill level of most current players I should be able to) because of archers.

I find archers v.v.gay. But im not really in a position to say anything as we have 3 fag archers in NDK now

Take away the archers earlier today and we might have had a good fight. However as it was being dismount ganked and mortalled by your archers isn't much fun, and I'm not taking any real joy from the fact I survived longer than I should have on most occasions.

Ahh. Ok. Well seeing as how it appeard to be doing double swings (no hit spell animation as with fireball, or lightning) I just made a guess that velocity meant two swings.

Either way, it's pretty lame.
