Oh and as Oz said, UO itself is actually fine atm, it's just the state of the players and the future that's made us realise it's time to get out, not current gameplay issues.

Yeah i can strongly agree on the PLayers part, people in uo are fags, look at other gaming communitys , some of them play with some honour and respect eachother, even if there is dislike,

Whereas In uo people play the gayest charcters possible and use the lamest methods to live even if they deserve to die.

Well, depending on what games you think about, in other games you have limited options. You can outright cheat using aimbots etc, or you can play it like more or less everyone else did. In UO you have the option to make a gay template and win because of it, and in every game there is people wanting to win more than others.

nah quality of current uo players and reading about latest expansion has been the final nail in the coffin for me now. Game used to be full of people who loved pvp, now it's full of fucking fags who dont give a shit about true pvp.

That's a bit harsh. UO:R was fine really, p16 had it's moments. There were lots of crazy fights in aos as well lol
I think we've just realized what everyone has feared for those 5 years though. Every notable guild has gone (though tbh I haven't logged on to check recently) and the "trammies" who came 5 years ago are all that is left, and they won't last long because they relied on felluccans to rip off with whatever they might be selling.

I don't agree, you get these people in every single game, especially one with a big userbase like uo. It's how you controll them that matters, and everytime osi (or ea) looked like making a step closer they found some way to take 2 steps backwards.
They couldn't help tinkering with the game to make a few extra dollars until it became so distorted and ridiculous it alienated it's core support and became unplayable.

Sure you get them in all other games, in Q3 you get Lightning gun fags, in UT mini fags, CS , AWP fags, blah blah blah, but the difference is in these games people dont ALWAYS use these gay methods to win, they also play to have fun and get better , whereas in uo you struggle to find even 2-3 people on a shard who play with some non gayness. But yes of course Uo is the most extreme example of this cause the developers make it so you can be a complete idiot and succseed in pvp.

What I mean is, community died when they put trammel in. UO stopped being a world. Sure there was a PvP community still, but the 'feel' of UO was dead the day trammel went in.

Also when you still played Pain, there was 4-5 guilds that tried to PvP properly on EU, so there was fun fights. Not the case anymore. Yes this is partly OSI's fault for driving older players away, but the quality of the new ones is just shocking. There's simply not enough old players left to 'teach' them. We went back to eu, I recognised maybe 10 players max. We'd only been gone 9 months.
