I'm under the impression you can insta-create max level chars, with the only disadvantage being that the char wont be as refined as chars that are actually built by players.

Might be wrong, dont know much. Game looks elite though, will buy when I can be bothered.

solo pk mage lego will speak now. also known in GuildWars as "Anluta Dexerbane"

Here is how it works. when you create a char. you have the option to create a role play char (lvl 1) or a pvp char (lvl 20) (max). Abilities you unlock with your rp char are availible for your pvp char. ie after a few months you can create pvp chars with anyskills.

Like quests? I dont. Training consists of basically going from trainer to trainer to learn new skills. lvling is easy. The world is huge. but once youve been to a city. you can insta travel back to it by selecting it on the big map.

PVP. they put thought into it. looks fun. not a class that a noob can play and compete with skill. . me and wofl are training up. then we win world np.

The game is huge. one shard that everyone plays on. with each area of the game world being a server in different parts of the rl world. ie who wins the tournament is best in world. period. not like uo. who has best of shard1 best of shard 2. etc etc.

There is no competing for spawn with other players. cause going out on the rp lvling field is instanced for your group. kill a monster its dead. doesnt respawn.

fyi this game is not a mmo. they call it somthing else. though its just like a mmo with just pvpers. The game was designed from ground up for only pvp. The player base is huge. I plan on owning lots of people with my elementist-mesmo(pk pk mage) (ur char can choose 2 classes)

mmm only one shard ... so where are the servers ? if all in US then I assume ping will be crap hence massive disadvantage to European players ?

Are you playing atm .. any lag issues etc ?

read my post again. ping is not an issue. and there will probably be a section of the world you ping good to, as that section of the worlds server is in europe.

from what i remeber in beta there is euro servers, but you just select to go over to the american ones if u want to fight there (think of it as diff rooms in a chat room, theres euro room 1,2,3 and america room 1,2,3 and u can just swap)
although beta was america only and i had 0 ping problems
