It means you installed some shit software that screwed everything up..
..seems most of you have installed Firefox, coincidence?

Because one piece of software was installed first it doesn't mean it can't conflict with another piece of software, especially as ICQ uses the HTML engine of your browser.

Yes but considering the two have worked fine with each other for a long time, and I haven't updated either, I see no reason for it suddenly to stop working:/
